Gutted by fire a century ago, the building is now reborn as an architecturally-designed masterpiece with a modern fitout celebrating its rich past.

There are two fully self-contained luxury suites, separated by locked, soundproof double doors, which can be opened up to give you the run of the building. Perfect for friends, families, or wedding groups.

Relax into your plush armchair and lose yourself in views of rolling vineyards with a nibble plate of local produce and complimentary bottle of estate-grown Organic Shiraz. Or soak in your outdoor bath under the stars, before tumbling into a king-sized bed for a night of blissful, peaceful sleep.
